Maya Material Palette v 1.0

Maya Material Palette v 1.0 will help you to organize the scene materials even better by offering an extra palette where you can create your own material lists. No more headaches from the Hypershade window!

Functions

- Get materials from objects or directly from Hypershade window

- Set colors to the each item on the list for easy viewing

- Assign the  materials on the list to any selected objects or faces.

To install

- Download the .py file.

- Open Maya script editor. File>New to create a Python tab.

- Paste the script and add the script by file>add the script to the shelf.
